Shri Vinod Kumar is a Director of IOLPL nominated by Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. He is also appointed as the Chairman of IOLPL. He is a Postgraduate in Mathematics and holds an Engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences, Pilani. Rajasthan.
He joined Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. in the year 1988 and has since then worked in various critical assignments in Mumbai and Delhi. He has eight years’ experience in International Trade and is presently heading International Trade Department of IndianOil with the responsibility for Crude Oil Imports and Product Imports and exports.
He is on the Board of various IndianOil subsidiaries and Joint ventures.
